We've had this bean bag for a few weeks. It arrived in a damaged box (busting out on one edge) but the product was not damaged. It felt a bit lumpy when first setup. Take a few days to fluff it up, readjust, and let the foam pieces expand. It's huge and does get pretty comfortable. So far, no complaints. The fabric seems pretty sturdy and will hold up to average use. The black is also a dark black which was a perfect fit in the black and white room decor. We really like this product.
I think we were lucky this arrived undamaged with the condition the box was in. The delivery guy said these boxes tend to go on the bottom of the truck since the box is big and stuff gets stacked on top. It's a soft product so the weight on top crushes the box.
